Invalid Procedure Call or Argument Error on Saving or Closing PLATO Worksheet Document
APPLICABLE TARGET: PLATO Intranet Typing Worksheet, United Kingdom and Australasia.
If you receive an error "Invalid Procedure Call or Argument" error when saving or closing without saving a PLATO document in the Intranet Worksheet, this is most likely caused by having both the PLATO Intranet Worksheet open and the 32-bit PLATO Client open at the same time. The instance of Word is unable to activate the PLATO Intranet application after closing or saving because there are multiple PLATO applications running on the machine at the same time.
You should always ensure the you do not have the 32-bit PLATO application running on your machine at the same time as using the PLATO Intranet Worksheet.
